Independent Audiologist | Up to £55,000
An exciting opportunity has become available for a patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established independent practice with an excellent reputation for clinical care and customer service.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, working in a supportive team, and delivering genuinely personalised hearing care rather than working to high-volume targets.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, follow-up appointments and ongoing aftercare, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Working alongside an experienced and friendly team, they will have the time and support needed to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care while helping patients achieve the very best hearing outcomes.
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000–£55,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Bonus scheme typically worth around 10% of annual salary, based on hearing aid packages sold
- Professional registration fees paid
- Parking provided
- Funding for up to three CPD events per year
- 24 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional loyalty holiday entitlement based on length of service (up to six extra days)
- No Sunday working
Working Pattern
- Full-time position
- Two Saturdays out of every four
- A set weekday off whenever a Saturday is worked, providing a balanced working pattern
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be HCPC registered as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or a qualified Audiologist eligible to practise independently
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
- Enjoy working within a close-knit independent practice
- Be committed to continuous professional development and providing the highest clinical standards
