JVP Optometrist | Exeter | OTE Up to £120,000

About the Company

An established provider of domiciliary eye care services is seeking entrepreneurial and patient-focused optometrists to join its growing network of clinical partners. This opportunity combines the independence of running your own business with the support, infrastructure and resources of an experienced healthcare organisation.

Committed to making high-quality eye care accessible to those who may be unable to visit a traditional optical practice, the organisation delivers essential services directly to patients in their homes and residential care settings across the UK.

As part of an evolving and innovative business model, optometrists have the opportunity to operate as independent partners while benefiting from comprehensive commercial, operational and clinical support.

The Opportunity

As a clinical partner in Exeter and surrounding areas, you will have the freedom to focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a variety of community settings, including private homes, residential care homes and supported living environments.

You will be equipped with advanced portable technology and supported by a dedicated team, enabling you to provide high-quality eye care to patients who may otherwise struggle to access optical services.

The role offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while benefiting from an established patient base and ongoing demand for services. It is ideally suited to optometrists who value autonomy, enjoy building relationships with patients, and are passionate about delivering care within the community.

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner looking to take the next step in your career, this opportunity provides the platform to develop both professionally and commercially.
