Salary: Up to £70,000 plus £5,000 relocation support

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Optometrist to join a specialist ophthalmic provider working across Swindon and Bath.

You will be based across two consultation clinics, providing high-quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside experienced ophthalmologists and other eye care professionals.

This role offers excellent exposure to specialist ophthalmic services within a modern clinical environment, with opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and contribute to patient care across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

• Conducting pre- and post-operative assessments for patients undergoing ophthalmic procedures.
• Providing clinical support to consultant ophthalmologists.
• Delivering comprehensive eye examinations and patient consultations.
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and follow-up care.
• Working across multiple clinic locations (Swindon and Bath).
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

• GOC-registered Optometrist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
